You should ask yourself the following questions prior to choosing a school:

• Is the school family owned and operated emphasizing Family Values as part of their curriculum?
• Are the classes instructed by the School Owners and/or Certified Instructors?
• Do they have Certified Personal Trainers and/or Sports Nutritionists on their staff?
• Do the Instructors submit to federal background checks and drug testing?
• Do they offer a FREE intro class and encourage parents to stay through the class?
• Do they offer REAL LIFE self defense scenario training with traditional and modern weapons training as part of their curriculum?
• Do the Lead Instructors have more than 40 years combined Federal Law Enforcement experience?
• Do the parents and/or students speak positively about the instructors and programs offered?
• Is the school clean and well maintained?
